Now Playing: Broadcast- R.I.P. Trish Keenan

Broadcast's album "Tender Buttons" helped me get through some really peculiar times when I was in Los Angeles and figuring my life out. So sad I never got to see Broadcast live. Rest in Paradise Trish Keenan. Your voice will haunt us forever.

Now Playing: Little Dragon

The Little Dragon show at Nectar Lounge was amazing. I am in love with Yukimi Nagano...the lead singer of the band (also featured vocals in Koop and Gorillaz). She is so amazing and talented. The voice of an angel, the face of a doll, and a style so wicked. She is my dream client. If anyone knows how I can send some wardrobe to her please let me know.

Mother Denim Spring 2011

From the denim trendsetters that brought you Seven For All Manking (Tim Kaeding) & Citizens of Humanity (Lela Tillem) present a new line called Mother. I am not one to wear pants, let alone jeans, but this line is making me reconsider my aversion to denim. I love the vintage and classic cuts from the wide leg pant, high waisted skirt, and flare bottom. The Spring 2011 look book "Mother I'd Love To Film" sold me!

My First Client in Personal Styling

Meet Cilantro. My first client in personal styling. He currently does not have any clothes. Only a pair of white undies. He had some sleek black shoes at one point, but after a wild night of karaoke at Bush Gardens those shoes are no longer. Just a little rundown about where Cilantro is in his life right now. He just got a promotion at The Treats Club and is now H.B.I.C.! He was also approached by Count Darkalino to help promote Batch 206 Vodka. But in order for Cilantro to move forward in his professional life he is going to need the proper attire. It's not easy finding clothes for a man of unique proportions, but I'm trying my best. If you have any leads of where we can find some gourmet linens please let me know!

Birds of a Feather

I am so obsessed with peacocks. I can't imagine them ever going out of style so I got a tattoo of one. I hate the corny stories that are attached to tattoos but I got this when I was going through the most tumultuous breakup to date. I had money to blow. I didn't have to spend it on a boyfriend or pay 1/2 of rent so instead I bought a nice friendly reminder of how fabulous and beautiful I was. These days all I want is all peacock everything.

Geometry + Accessory

I'm trying to get my accessory game right. More earrings, more necklaces, more costume jewelry, more bangles, bigger rings, more metal, more chains. Not necessarily all at once, but I want to replenish my collection in that department. My furs and sequins are on hold right now until I make some room in my "closet", but for the time being I am focusing on more key pieces to hang on my neck and dangle on my ears. I'm really into geometric, art deco + architecture inspired pieces right now...
