Nautical or Nice: Christine Hahn Captures Emma Dumont

My first shoot in 2010 was this "Nautical or Nice" theme photo shoot with my girl Christine Hahn. It was freezing during this shoot, but we made it happen! Special thanks to the Port of Seattle for slapping us on the wrist for shooting on location without permit!

Photo Shoot with Jess Ahlborn: Featuring Charlie Moran of SMG

95% of my portfolio so far has been pretty girls, twirling their hair, wandering in mother nature, sweet vintage dresses, that sort of thing. I used to dread the thought of styling a guy, but with a lot of fashion being so androgynous these days, I thought about giving it a try! So when Jess Ahlborn asked me if I'd be interested in styling a men's story I immediately obliged! I am a huge fan of Hedi Slimane, mainly for his versatile talents...art director, fashion designer, photographer...so I wanted to do something that reminded me of the kind of lad he would capture. Long and behold introducing...Charlie Moran of SMG.

STYLING:
With years of visual merchandising and retail under my belt, wardrobe/ prop styling became natural for me from the jump. I put together cohesive looks for editorial shoots, commercial/ advertising, agency tests, look books, and fashion shows. I also offer services for one on one image consultation for special occasions and events.

PRODUCTION:
As a wardrobe stylist I've fallen into the role as a producer for a number of photo shoots. I pull talent such as models, photographers, videographers, hair & makeup, and designers. My diverse background and people skills can produce teams and make magic happen. I also produce fashion events, look books, and press/ sponsorship kits for designers and retailers.

CREATIVE DIRECTION:
Whether you need to develop a theme or a storyboard for a photo shoot, fashion show, or for your clothing line I can help. My personal philosophy is this...aesthetic is everything. I have a performance arts/ graphic design background which has allowed me to tackle the details such as developing brand identity, overseeing a photo shoot, editing, and tightening up the loose ends for the overall product.
